Labu (Dah masak pastu lenyek kan)...
Tepung (ikut ske nak bpe banyak ne pun)...
Gula (Jgn byk sgt, ok)...
Mentega (1 sudu pun dh cukup)...
Garam (Sket je)...
Serbuk pewarna (kuning)...

I barely understand the content of the blog.. but the "Bingka" word struck me..
ReplyDeleteIn the Philippines, we have a similar delicacy referred to as "Bingka" or "Bibingka" cooked with rice + brown sugar with semi-fermented coconut vinegar in place of yeast.
Baked using charcoal.
